ULecture: Great diversity of Academics for Students

Reply Below with how you'll cover it, this is an awesome resource for furthering our academics....

Dear Canes:

My name is Michael Kaplan and I am promoting a lecture series called ULecture!

Every Wednesday from 7pm-8pm in LC 184, one of the University of Miami's top professors will be speaking about something interesting to them!

This week is Dr Bradford McGuinn of the Political Science Department.
His topic is "After September: Afghanistan and the Burden of Counterinsurgency."
In his lecture, Dr McGuinn will speak about the war in Afghanistan and America's plan for the future.

The lecture will take place for about an hour, and then each student will have the opportunity to speak with Dr McGuinn and ask him questions. Refreshments will also be provided by ULive ULearn, a special interest housing floor in Mahoney. Once again, the Lecture will be this Wednesday, October 7, from 7pm-8pm in LC 184!

Thank you all, and I hope to see you there!!

Michael Kaplan
